How can I locate products on your website?
You can browse the store by clicking on the **OUR PRODUCTS** headings at the top of the page and the sub-department headings in the drop-down menu. Alternatively, if you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search facility at the top of the page to locate your item by product name or product code.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To add an item to your shopping cart, specify the quantity of the item that you would like to purchase and click the “Add to Basket” button. The item(s) will be added to your basket. If the item is out of stock or not available to purchase online, you will be alerted.
How do I check out?
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click the “Go To Checkout” button, located in the top right-hand side of the screen. You will be taken to a checkout form where a summary of your purchases will be displayed. At this stage, you have the option to remove unwanted items from your shopping basket, if desired, and the order total will automatically be re-calculated. You will then need to enter payment and delivery details into the checkout form. Once you have completed the form, click the “Submit Order” button. You will be taken to the website of our secure payment provider, Worldpay, where you will be asked to fill out and submit payment details (credit or debit card). Once your card payment has been accepted, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen, and a receipt and confirmation email, with an order number, will be emailed to you for your records.
How can I make payment online?
Payments are accepted through our payment processing provider Worldpay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Simply select the Credit or Debit Card payment option when completing the order form. You will then be taken to a secure Worldpay payment screen, which displays the secure padlock icon at the bottom of the browser window, so you will know that you are on a secure page.
Is paying online via the Nuts n Treats LTD website secure?
Your payment details will be securely encrypted and cannot be read or accessed by anyone – and that includes us. We never see or have access to your card details at any time. For your additional security and peace of mind, we do not store your card details either.
How can you be assured that I will receive fresh sweets in good condition?
We at our factory have a daily production schedule for sweets. For all our orders, we only use freshly made sweets that have been carefully prepared and packaged at our factory. The contents of each order are then carefully packed and placed in cartons to ensure your sweets reach our customers in optimum condition.
